  1. Do you only accept orders offline?

Currently we are only accepting orders offline. Please see our contact page and call us or place your order via the e-mail form. 

 

  1. What are my payment options?

 We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express and cash payments. We also have payment plan options available.

 

  1. Do you deliver?

Yes we do! We currently only offer free delivery, there are no pick up options. Delivery options are limited to the GTA only.

 

    4. How do I get ready for my delivery?

 We recommend you remove any obstacles and fragile items. During winter, please shovel and de-ice your walkway.

 

  5. Do I need to get rid of my old mattress before the new one comes?

You can, but our drivers are happy to do that for you. We charge a $20 Movers Fee  and your old mattress will be recycled  appropriately

 

   6. Can I change my order once it has been placed?

 If you need to change or edit your order please contact us.

 

  7. What is your shipping policy for delivery of my order?

Once your order is processed, please allow 3-5 business days for it to arrive. Free delivery event is now in effect.

   

   8. What circumstances will cause the manufacturer to decline my warranty

Please read your warranty card to understand any warranty limitations. Some warranties become void if the mattress is soiled, certain tags are removed, you no longer have the original receipt or warranty, or if the mattress is used with a defective foundation or frame.

 

  9. If I receive a new mattress through my warranty claim, does my warranty start over?

The length of your warranty is determined by the date of your original purchase, it does not reset if you get a warranty replacement. Check your manufacturer’s warranty card to determine the length of your warranty period.
